Built From a Frustration With the Gap Between School and Real Life
Canjud TalentForge Network was founded by Cletus Udeze with one clear frustration in mind — young people in Nigeria and across Africa were finishing school with certificates but without the practical skills, confidence, or direction they needed to build meaningful careers or businesses.
The gap between what schools teach and what employers, clients, and the real world actually require had become too wide to ignore. Digital skills, communication ability, entrepreneurial thinking, and the confidence to present oneself professionally were not being taught — or not taught in a way that stuck.
Canjud was built to bridge that gap directly. Not with another lecture series. Not with another passive video course. But with structured, interactive, project-based learning that takes a student from their first lesson all the way to a portfolio-ready certificate they can genuinely be proud of.
What started as a mission to reach secondary school students in Nigeria has grown into a three-pillar platform — an online school for global learners, a live English tutoring academy for non-native speakers worldwide, and a hands-on school partnership programme for institutions across Africa.
The world does not need more certificates. It needs more capable people. We built Canjud to produce both — but only in the right order. Capability first. Then the certificate that proves it.

The Founding Idea
Canjud TalentForge Network is founded by Cletus Udeze, driven by the observation that young Nigerians were graduating without the practical skills, communication confidence, or professional readiness to compete in the modern world.

The first programme to launch — hands-on skills training delivered directly inside secondary schools. Working with students on digital skills, entrepreneurship, communication, and personal development. Real facilitators. Real classrooms. Real results.

Recognising the global demand for English fluency — especially for IELTS, TOEFL, and professional communication — the English Language Academy is launched, offering live one-on-one tutoring for non-native speakers worldwide.

The digital platform launches — nine professional schools, four learning levels, self-paced courses with real projects and assessment-backed certificates. The mission expands from Nigeria to a global audience of ambitious learners.
